Mother’s Kitchen began with a simple idea: serve the dishes Vietnamese families cook for each other every day — honest, generous and full of flavor.

Fresh from the market
Herbs, vegetables, meat and seafood are bought fresh each morning. Sauces are made in our kitchen, the way they always have been.

A table for everyone
Two floors of warm dining rooms, a balcony above the street and private rooms for family gatherings — just a short walk from Hanoi’s Old Quarter.
